Christian Schnell shall serve EMRG as its honorary treasurer and in this capacity shall administer EMRG grant awards and any donations made to EMRG, as well as being responsible for the preparation of the accounts of the expenditure of funds. He will present all accounts at theEMRG annual general meeting where they shall be open to inspection by those in attendance.
Meetings and Newsletter
One international workshop and one annual general meeting (AGM) shall be held biannually. The topic and organisation of the workshop will be at the discretion of the coordinating committee and shall reflect the communicated interests of EMRG participants. The AGM shall be open to all members and shall be the forum for discussion and review of the current constitution. National meetings organised by regional representatives will be encouraged on alternate years to international workshops. A newsletter will be produced and distributed to members twice per year.
Effectiveness
Should the coordinating committee be of the opinion that EMRG has ceased to effectively pursue or realise its objectives, then EMRG shall cease to exist and any financial credit shall be donated to a viable organisation pursuing sirnilar objectives.
